No. Through curation, a model drafts the frame, generates candidates, and gives each one a reading against four lenses, but a reading is an inference. It decides nothing on its own. In a round, the group ranks names or marks them against an attribute, and no tally decides there either: the round shows the whole spread of how people answered, not a winner. The choice stays with whoever owns the project.
No. Rejecting a name is one press, with no reason asked for, and it is reversible. A rejected name is kept, not deleted, and shows as such wherever it appears. There is one way to say no to a name in Maidaname, and this is it. There is no second, harsher rejection.
Every account has a balance for the work that asks a model to do something: drafting the frame, generating candidates, running a check. Your own edits, and everything you have already made, cost nothing and stay exactly where they are. A new account starts with an empty balance, so the first AI step you try will ask you to fill it before it runs. A full balance is ten dollars, and it refills only once it reaches empty, by card where that is available to you.
Whether a refund is possible depends on whether the balance was spent. Unused balance is refundable, minus Stripe’s processing and currency-conversion fees, if you ask within 30 days of the purchase. Balance already spent on AI processing that ran and returned a result isn’t refundable just because you didn’t want what it returned; it’s refundable only when that processing itself failed, such as erroring, timing out, or being charged twice for the same action. Any refund on spent balance is discretionary, not something available on request.
Maidaname asks domain registries about the exact name and reports exactly what came back: a record exists, no record found, or the registry could not be asked. None of these is clearance, and this product never calls a domain or a name “available”, because an absent record is not the same as being free to use. There is no trademark screen. A finding here is one piece of evidence, not a decision, and Maidaname does not tell you whether a name is legally yours to use.
No. Everything you enter, an answer, a reordering, marking a name done, saves as you go. The code screen is meant to appear once per browser; if it comes back more than that on the same device, that is a rough edge we know about, not a sign anything you did was lost. Enter your code again and you will land back where you left off.
If you signed up with an email and password, Maidaname sends a confirmation link and holds sign-in until you use it. Signing in with Google skips this step, since Google has already confirmed your address. If you do not see the email, check where your provider might have filed it, or use “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page, which sends a fresh link either way.
A project belongs to one account. What other people can do is take part in a round you set up: rank the names, weigh them against an attribute, and see the same evidence you see, each through their own link. Taking part in a round does not give someone access to the project itself, and everyone’s answers are recorded and shown as theirs, never folded into one combined view.
